everyone needs a powerberry

So, yeah. This is the third time I've gone on vacation and made it a key point to visit Trader Joe's.
That is how I know I'm old. But - the good news: we discovered that Trader Joe's is actually a health food store. You need proof? I've got proof:
These Mini Cafe Twists are non-dairy, no butter, no eggs, no yeast, low sodium and vegan. If that isn't healthy, I don't know what is.
Vanilla Meringues = Fat free, all natural. I rest my case.

These assorted fruit jellies have like 100% of your Vitamin C. Who needs vitamins?
And for some reason I can't get the picture of these Powerberries to rotate, but they are basically little nuggets of health.

We can't forget about the dark chocolate covered almonds... everyone knows that almonds are good for you. Oh! And red wine.... it is good for the heart.

I have no excuse for these:
Stories about "lurch" the car and grown-up s'mores to come.

The last two are also healthy. Research shows that chocolates contain antioxidants that could prevent heart diseases and cancer.
Holla!

I so miss my DC days and shopping at Trader Joe's. I loved that place. I think it's hilarious that you just now "discovered that Trader Joe's is actually a health food store," because I think I know why: tunnel vision for the chocolate-covered Joe-Joes, maybe? ;) Sorry they were all out this time - I didn't know they were allowed to run out of those! Hope the trip was fun & can't wait to hear all about it!
