Let me just go on the record and say that I love Spark from Advocare. I used to drink it in college when my friend Jenny sold Advocare. Then I kind of forgot about it until I realized we have a friend that sells it here. Well, not really sells it, but he is a distributor so he orders it for us at cost. It is just a powder that you pour into a bottled water or sunny delight or something. (I use water.) It seriously helps you focus and get things done. So, thank you Spark. We are in for a long and beautiful relationship.

Congratulations on the completion of your first semester. You worked so hard and I am very proud of you.
